Authentic Peri-Peri Chicken

Peri-Peri Chicken, Whole Bird made the Authentic South African method of 3 simple steps. Marinate, Baste and finish with Peri-Peri Sauce

Ingredients (4 Servings):


3-4 lb. whole chicken (2-3 lb. chicken breasts - if preferred)
4 oz. DiChickO's Marinade
4 oz. DiChickO's Wing Sauce

3 Simple Steps

1. Marinate chicken in DiChickO's Marinade for at least an hour. 
(You may marinate it up to 72 hours for the most intense flavor.)

2. Baste chicken with DiChickO's Wing Sauce while cooking.

3. Serve with one of the 5 sauces at the table for dipping.


Pro Tip: Best way to marinate Peri-Peri Chicken

Make sure to rinse and dry the chicken completely.  Dry chicken allows the peri-peri marinade to "stick" to the chicken and tenderize it with all the flavor.  Coat the chicken with the peri-peri marinade and allow it to marinate for at least an hour.
