3 Step South African Peri-Peri Chicken Recipe

Ingredients (4 Servings):

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. DiChickO's Marinade
8 oz. DiChickO's Wing Sauce


1. Marinate chicken in DiChickO's Marinade for at least an hour. You may marinate it up to 72 hours for the most intense flavor.)
2. Baste chicken with DiChickO's Wing Sauce while cooking.
3. Serve with one of the 5 sauces at the table for dipping.

Important: How to properly marinate chicken?

First rinse the chicken and dry completely. This allows the marinade to "stick" to the chicken and tenderize with all the flavor as intended. It takes less marinade than you might think. Just ensure that the chicken is coated in the marinade, it doesn't need to be swimming in it! Allow chicken to marinate for anywhere from 1 hour to overnight.
