1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, marinated in DiChickO's Marinade
1 slice pineapple
2 Tbsp. Peri-onnaise
1 slice Provolone Cheese
1. Sautee marinated Peri-Peri chicken breast in skillet or grill on open flame. While it's cooking, coat it with one of the 5 finishing sauces for your desired flavor and heat level.
2. Meanwhile, grill a pineapple ring and place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the pineapple ring and let it melt
3. Put Peri-onnaise inside the bun and toast in the skillet.
