Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Skewers Recipe

Ingredients (4 servings):

1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 Cup DiChickO's Marinade
1/2 Pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pint cherry tomatoes
skewers
DiChickO's Garlic Sauce for dipping
Peronnaise
for dipping

Preparation:

1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and marinate in DiChickO's marinade for at least an hour
2. Skewer the chicken, pineapple and tomatoes as desired
3. Grill until chicken is done
4. Serve with 2 sauces: DiChickO's Garlic Sauce and Peronnaise for dipping.
