Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Skewers

Sweet Grilled Pineapple and Mildly Spicy Peri-Peri Sauce is such a great flavor combination.  This simple and easy recipe showcases the Peri-Peri sauce and makes your life easy!  They look beautiful and will add great color and excitement to your dinner table.  Try serving these "mini-style" by cutting the pieces smaller and using long cocktail toothpicks.

Peri-Peri Chicken and Pineapple Skewers - DiChickO's

Ingredients (4 servings):


1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 Cup DiChickO's Marinade
1/2 Pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 red bell pepper
skewers
DiChickO's Garlic Sauce for dipping
Peri-Naise
for dipping



Preparation:

1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and marinate in DiChickO's Peri-Peri Marinade for at least an hour
2. Skewer the chicken, pineapple and bell pepper as desired
3. Grill until chicken is done
4. Serve with 2 sauces: DiChickO's Garlic Sauce and Peri-Naise for dipping.
